Has anyone noticed the coupon fliers haven't been that good lately? At least in the Southeastern part of Michigan the coupon inserts haven't been very good. I have noticed in the last few weeks that the prices in the stores have gone up and the coupon fliers haven't been very good. With school shopping just around the corner, this is when the need the coupons most. There has been some buzz in the news about how some stores, such as Rite Aid will no longer be accepting store coupons and manufacturer coupons combined. That is one of the only problems with making television shows about extreme couponing. The big corporations get wind that it is something that has become a hobby for some people and they become afraid of losing money and they find ways to stop people from doing from doubling up on the store savings and manufacturer savings.
